About Me
- Name: Bridget K. Parker
I am a Holistic Health and Wellness Counselor that thoroughly loves helping others on their path to wellness. The human body is an amazing machine and there are so many ways in which to care for it. Personally, my decisions may not always (ok, hardly ever) follow the mainstream ideas of eating, parenting, cleaning, healing, etc., but that's what is so great about being a part of the human race: there isn't one blueprint for everyone to follow! This blog is an outlet for all of my healthy tidbits, anecdotes, recipes, and the occasional giveaway, so please follow me and join in the adventure of a holistic lifestyle!
